As a new, working mom, I wanted to create a group for moms who want to meet other (working and stay at home) moms, and build friendships. I've noticed many other new mom groups meet mostly during working weekday hours. The goal is to have events on weekends or on the occasional weekday evening, with our babies, and sometimes without. This meetup group is designed for parents of babies, toddlers and preschoolers to organize playdates and inexpensive excursions. Expectant moms and dads are also welcome to join to meet other new and expecting parents.
